  • What is arguably the longest standing sponsorship between an individual athlete and a non-endemic sponsor Greg Norman has had an affiliation with Qantas Airlines since 1976. What started as a handshake agreement following Greg’s first win at the West Lakes Classic whereby Qantas provided Greg tickets to play in his first overseas tournament in Japan - has since grown into a strategic multifaceted relationship whereby Greg not only serves as a spokesperson for the airline and its service but Australia as a major tourist destination.
